An Observation

This is a simple observation concerning the "violence" the proaborts cry concerning their beloved child sacrifice. They point the finger and say, "You are killing our doctors." I say, "YOU are killing your abortionists!"

The slaying of abortionists is a relatively new anomaly. No abortionists were killed prior the pro-abortion courts clamping down on Operation Rescue in 1990. Operation Rescue believed that unborn children were worthy of saving, and so its followers passively laid down their bodies in front of abortion clinic doors to stop the children that were due to die that day. Prayer and solemn song was the norm at a Rescue event. There was no "Defensive Action" statement at this time, and no vocal anyone advocating killing abortionists. This didn't happen until later.

In 1990, pro-abortion cities and judges began to hammer Rescuers for passively protesting abortion. Huge fines and increasing jail time were the result. Out of frustration for not being allowed to help unborn children from dying, some began to think of other ways to end abortion. It entailed taking matters into their own hands.

The first abortionist was killed.

Next came the passage of the infamous FACE ACT. This Act effectively killed Operation Rescue. A first conviction of the FACE ACT would bring one year in jail and a fine, and a second offense, two years in jail and an even larger fine. All this for "trespassing."

Several more abortionists were killed.

Now comes the successful 107 million dollar lawsuit in Oregon by abortionists suing prolife groups for a few posters and a web site. Now prolife speech is being taken away. What will be the result of this ungodly decision? No one can say for sure, but I can give a good guess.

As ungodly laws become more oppressive against prolife Christians, I fully expect the violence toward abortionists will dramatically increase - and spread - to ungodly proabortion judges and politicians - even proabort news media. As prolife voices continue to be muffled more and more, out of sheer frustration, some will be forced to turn to the only other way they see to end abortion.

Remember, no abortionists were killed prior to the judicial system hammering prolifers who were able to act out their consciences and convictions by peaceful means. Think there is a connection?

John F. Kennedy once said, "If you make peaceful protest impossible then you make violent protest inevitable."

We are seeing living proof of these words - and the proabortion crowd is bringing it upon themselves.
