Are we
Christian first and prolife second - or prolife first and Christian
second?
If we are Christian
first, then we are bound by God's Word to do what it says, and not
to exceed what is written.
If we are prolife
first and Christian second, then our first allegiance is to our
cause rather than our Creator. All manner of lawlessness is
permissable because our first love is
the cause.

What does it mean to be a Christian? Is not a
Christian a “follower of Christ?”
Is it not put upon us - as followers of Christ - to obey His Word above
all else? Are there “exception” clauses found anywhere in the
Bible?
An internal debate has been ongoing concerning
Clayton Waagner and his inclusion to the Prisoners of Christ list, and
those who seek to justify his actions against innocent people after he
escaped from prison. The POC List is a list of Christians who have been
jailed for saving unborn children. The active words in that name are
“prisoner” and
"Christ.” It is supposed that one
is a “Christian.”
These days, some prolifers consider men who are
car thieves, bank robbers, carjackers, and life long criminals –
Christians. The term “Prisoner of War” has even been tossed
around to give excuse to all of Clay Waagner’s actions against
innocents. It is the “end justifies the
means” argument.

The “escaped
prisoner of war” theory goes like this: An
escaped prisoner of war is allowed to commit crimes in order to avoid
capture. This theory is flawed. It is purely an American or
humanistic view. Where is the Biblical precedence for a POW being
allowed to commit crimes? Is there even one example of the "right"
to rob, steal or do whatever is necessary in order to avoid capture? Or
could it be an Americanism that has now superceded the Word of God? When
the angel set Peter free from jail in Acts 12:7-12 , did Peter
immediately steal the jailer’s chariot?
It should be remembered that when Waagner escaped from prison, he was
not in jail for being a Christian or doing anything prolife - but
rather the evil of his own deeds. To say he escaped as a POW is
disingenuous at best.

The only war in
which he was involved, was a war against decent people who work for a
living. The whole POW thought line has no application to Waagner. He may
view himself as such, but that does not make it so.
Neal Horsley of
ChristianGallery.com is Waagner’s biggest supporter. One
former Waagner advocate states the
following concerning the Horsley – Waagner relationship:
“This is what I see - a life long
criminal (Waagner) showed up at Horsley’s door … on a crime spree from
"God" ... and Horsley ...
rather than leading him to the Lord and repentance ... THEN EXPLOITS HIM
FOR HIS OWN PURPOSES. What a scoop for the Christian Gallery News
Service!”
I believe this
is a true statement. Sadly, a weak-minded Waagner became a puppet for
Horsley’s desire for notoriety and
web site “hits.”
Neil Horsley and
I have worked together in like-minded projects for years. It is
regrettable that this kind of an article must be written. For the sake
of future puppets, it MUST be written.
Christ and His
Word are supposed to be central to the Christian faith. It gives us
direction and instruction in how the Christian life is supposed to be
lived. Not so today though, when the end justifies the means.
Consider the following on Horsley’s
“Greatly Appreciated
Allies.” It is a letter of support from a Muslim:
Dear Brother Neil Horsley,
I
don't know whether you have received any mail from any Muslim about your
fight against "unnatural" acts being commited by humans. I would like
you to know that your fight against homosexuality and abortion is not
your fight alone. It is my fight and is a fight of every Muslim on this
planet. I, as a Muslim, am required to ask the Christians to come to
common terms with us on certain gorunds. (One of the terms is believing
in one God). Our holy Scripture (Al Koran: The last testament) quotes:
"Say: oh people of the scripture (includes Jews and Christians) come to
an agreement between us and you: that we shall worship none but
Allah(God in Arabic), that we shall ascribe no partners onto him, and
none of us shall take others for lords besides Allah (God), and if they
turn away, then say: Bear witness that we are they who have surrendered
(unto him)."
These crimes are unnatural and thus against Islam. God says that he
turns his face away from homosexuals, there is a deep meaning to this
sentences if one analysis it. I support your fight and will pray that
God assists you in your endeavor against these hideous crimes.
We, as Muslims have to accept the Bible (engeel) as a holy Scripture and
Jesus as the Son of Mary and his Miraculous birth. So in these matters
we can join our fight against hideous crimes and can strengthen our
force and pressure against the criminals. You are a good Christian not a
"new" Christian who seem to change with time. I am glad you have stuck
to your traditional values as we Muslims do. The Koran talks about
Christians like you. It says:
So Brother let us join hands in this fight and be stronger for this
cause for there "shall be no fear" for the righteous whether Christian,
Jew or Muslim.

From the beginning, when the Founders signed the Declaration of
Independence, the USA was intended to be a nation where people who
looked to the Creator of the Universe as the source of authority could
gather together and worship Him with the light they have received. His
Holiness has been desecrated in this nation and His Authority desecrated
by infidels who mock His Holy Name and Holy Plan. Please know that I am
looking for the Living God, the God of Abraham, to restore His authority
in the USA. I look forward to working with you and all my Muslim allies
to accomplish His Plan in the days and years ahead. May we serve with
undying loyalty the God of Abraham. For that God is truly the only
Living God. Praise be His Holy Name.
When the end
justifies the means, you will accept help from anyone – from those who
are lost and caught up in false religions (with no presentation of the
true gospel made) - to even lifelong criminals. Bonds are made with
those who serve other gods, and excuses offered for weak minded lawless
Christians.
Clay Waagner
should have been taught scriptures such as:
But let none of you
suffer as a murderer,
or a thief, or an evildoer,
or a meddler in the affairs of others.
But if one
suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God
because of this
1 Peter 4:15,16
Nevertheless the
foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth
them that are his.
And,
Let every one that
nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
2 Timothy 2:19
Recompense to no man
evil for evil.
Provide things
honest
in the sight of all men.
Romans 12:17
But Waagner
was not taught these scriptures, and was encouraged to continue in his
lawless ways to do "prolife works."
He was used to further
another man’s ambitions at the peril of his own soul.
The final
straw for this writer concerning Horsley and his ChristianGallery.com
was the infamous
Army of God
Communiqué posted one week prior to a Jim Kopp support rally
scheduled two months before his trial in Buffalo, NY.
The
lead up to the article boasted:
“Hundreds
of Responses Pouring In”
and
“Message says no children will be
killed legally killed in Buffalo on Roe v Wade day.”
The effect on the rally for Jim Kopp however was
devastating. The rally became about the “Army of God” instead
of Jim Kopp. Anyone attending would automatically be considered a member
of the 'Army of God' to the feds. Of 100 people who had committed to
attend, only 13 showed up. I, myself, was planning on attending. I
cancelled immediately upon reading the AOG Communiqué – which was
nothing more then a web site, fame-seeking message made up by Horsley.
Horsley has not denied he made up the message when questioned about it -
but it had the effect he wanted. Lots of press attention for himself and
more visitors to his web site. He is currently pimping his
"prophetic message" videotape he made in Buffalo. Make no mistake
- Neal Horsley is only about Neal Horsley. Jim Kopp also knows that now
as well.
If there is blame to be laid for men like Clay
Waagner, then it lay at the hands of his handlers. Instead of
instructing him on the ways of righteousness – the Word of God - they
encouraged him to be nothing more than a Muslim homicide bomber in
Christian garb.
There will always be those seeking their own
kingdoms in this world. Some in the name of Jesus. Verily, they
have their reward. Sadly, at the peril of the souls of men like Clayton
Waagner.
